The purpose of the course is to provide slingshots and signal transmitters with good safety training, basic knowledge and practical skills on safe use of lifting equipment, correct signaling an communication with crane operators, so that accidents are avoided.

The purpose of the course is to provide slingshots and signal transmitters with good safety training, basic knowledge and practical skills on safe use of lifting equipment, correct signaling and communication with crane operators, so that accidents are avoided.
The course is conducted according to training plan DOK-04-AX-01, with reference to training requirements in:
- Working Environment Act - Chapter 2
- Regulations on the use of work equipment §10.1 and §10.2
- Regulations on safety signage and signaling § 9
The course is structured as follows:
- 8 hours of theory
The course is completed over 1 day.
Contents:
- Risk assessment, roles and responsibilities.
- Design, marking, use control, disposal rules.
- Center of gravity and stability on load, use of lifting tables.
- Communication, signals and signs.
- Safety rules and checklists.
